1. Nature of Website Information

The product descriptions, analytical parameters, and trade information published on https://www.unitedsaudbrazil.com.co.lc are presented solely for commercial orientation and trade inquiries. They do not constitute an irrevocable offer or binding contract. All export commitments require a mutually executed Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) or endorsed Full Corporate Offer (FCO).

2. Sourcing Origin and Quality Tolerances

All commodities supplied by United Saud Brazil originate from verified Brazilian farms and sugar mills:

  • Soybeans: Graded according to standard Brazilian export criteria (Grade #2) with protein (34-36% basis) and moisture (max 14%).
  • Sugar: Tested under international ICUMSA methods (e.g., ICUMSA 45, ICUMSA 150, or VHP Raw Sugar).
  • Final analytical verification is performed at the port of loading (Santos or Paranaguá) by an accredited independent surveyor (SGS or Bureau Veritas). The surveyor’s Certificate of Quality and Weight is final and binding for settlement under contract.

3. Trade Incoterms 2020

All export quotes and contract deliveries are interpreted strictly in accordance with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Incoterms 2020 rules, typically structured as FOB Brazilian Port (Santos / Paranaguá) or CIF / CFR designated destination discharge port.

4. Payment Instruments & Banking Standards

International transactions standardly require an Irrevocable, Confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC payable 100% at sight) issued or confirmed by a top 50 prime international bank, or confirmed Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) deposits as specified in the commercial contract. Documentary presentations adhere to ICC Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 600).

5. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable commercial control, including but not limited to severe weather disruptions impacting port terminals, maritime blockades, acts of civil or military authorities, pandemic restrictions, or official export embargoes declared by the Brazilian federal government.
